The Avenue – TVTE Retail World

Keystone undertook various works for RTS Construction on the Avenue project at Retail World in Gateshead. Our operatives painted all of the external structural steelwork with a 2-pack epoxy resin protective coating, ensuring both the correct micron thickness was achieved, as well as being aesthetically acceptable. Internally we built jumbo walls between 3 of the units, created a kitchen area and accessible toilet complete with Doc M pack.
