Keystone (NE) Ltd specialise in both commercial and domestic property development, refurbishment and maintenance. Our skilled and dedicated team have a wealth of experience in the five primary sectors of the construction industry.

Operating from our offices in Washington, we have quickly established our enviable reputation of providing a professional and reliable service since forming in 2014.

We work closely with our clients from project inception through to completion, ensuring budgets are strictly adhered to, and expectations achieved. We recognise the importance of our supply chain, and ensure quality, value for money and sustainability is at the forefront of selecting our suppliers.

Rob Bell – Managing Director

The driving force behind Keystone, Rob formed the company in 2014 after working previously as a director for another local building company. A time served joiner, he has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, working on various projects nationwide, primarily as a site manager. Rob’s skill set and extensive knowledge in construction allows Keystone to provide a quality & reliable service in both the commercial and domestic markets at a competitive price.

Rob holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, CSCS Black Management Card, SMSTS, and IPAF accreditations amongst others.

Bob Bell – Senior Site Manager

Keystone’s senior site manager, Bob brings with him over 40 years’ expertise working in the construction industry, with over 20 years spent managing sites and projects nationwide. Bob will be responsible for ensuring H&S, programme, quality standards and budgets are all strictly adhered to on his sites.

Bob holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management, CSCS Black Management Card, SMSTS and First accreditations amongst others.

Matthew Owers – Contracts Manager

Matthew joined Keystone in 2018, he previously worked as an Operations Manager and Project Manager for over 15 years. Matthew runs the day to day operations of the Keystone office and Customer Care Contracts, managing a team of operatives undertaking various works daily across the Tyne-Tees Regions.

Matthew holds an NVQ Level 6 in Contracts Management, CSCS Black Management Card, and SMSTS accreditation.

Patrick Lishman – Installations Manager

Patrick is Keystone’s installations manager, specialising in bathroom and kitchen installations, he has an excellent track record in this field, working previously for B&Q completing on average 3 installations per week! Patrick will be involved from initial site meeting through to completion, ensuring all aspects are completed correctly and on time.

Patrick holds an NVQ Level 6 in Contracts Management, CSCS Black Management Card, and SMSTS accreditation.
