Talbot House School

Keystone were appointed as Principal Contractor by Principal Designers – CSM Architects to undertake refurbishment works to Talbot House School. During the 14-week programme works included; full strip out, installation of structural steelwork, drainage, accessible ramp, plumbing and heating, kitchen installation, tiling, M&E package, new UPVC windows and doors, all associated 1st, 2nd & final fix joinery works, re-pointing of all external elevations, new cut to taper Sarnafil roof, safety flooring & matting and painting and decoration.
